This is a five building office park located in Fargo, North Dakota. Two-single story office buildings and three-two story office buildings with multiple tenants. Each building was divided into multiple zones that are heated and cooled by individual gas fired furnaces located in a central mechanical room providing each zone with its own furnace allowed for easy future tenant fit-up of the spaces. Electrical design included running utilities to the building for future tenant use.
This is a two story office building with underground parking located in Fargo, North Dakota. First floor has offices, shop, training rooms and kitchen. Second floor has offices. The office building is heated and cooled using Variable Refrigerant Flow Condensing Units and Fan Coils in the occupied spaces. This system allows the interior and exterior offices to share heat and increase the efficiency of the building. The parking garage is heated with electric infloor heat on an offpeak service and gas fired unit heaters. The facility includes a central server room for all of the remote dealer facilities, a board room, open office space, private offices, a warehouse and shop area. The electrical design included interior and exterior lighting with automatic controls with override, power distribution systems including and backup power generator for the entire facility, a UPS system for the server room, fire alarm system design, telecommunications infrastructure, backbone cabling design and horizontal cabling design, audio-visual systems design and security systems design.
The projects were 25,000 square foot new construction buildings with mixed usage of office and shop space. The shop mechanical systems include infloor hydronic heat, overhead vehicle exhaust, and compressed air systems. Provisions for a diesel generator were designed into the electrical system for General Equipment and were later added by the owner. This project is located in Bismarck, ND.
